Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2–5 days to process your order. An average production time for DTG (Direct-to-Garment) products is 1–2 days. AOP (All-over-Print) products take an average of 4 days. The products are printed on demand according to orders. The print providers used by Goosebump are located within the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and China. Whenever possible, the service provider is chosen from a location close to the client to minimize shipping time and cost. We will contact you to let you know your order is on the way! 

DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose a shipping option. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. Orders are generally shipped within 5–10 days.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping applies for all orders. Currently, we deliver to the European Union area and the USA. 

IMPORT DUTIES

Some products are imported from outside European Union/USA. Your order may be subject to import duties, which are incurred once shipment reaches your destination country. Design Hanhis (Goosebump) is not responsible for import duties if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. These fees are determined by the receiving country’s customs agency and vary depending on the item type and value. We cannot provide specific costs, as they are country-specific. For more information, please visit the customs agency website of your destination country. Not all items can be shipped everywhere.
